Dissociation
By sentence of 12th of May 1998 the superior court of Hamburg decided,
that owners of websites are also responsible for the contents of those
websites they link to by hyperlinks.
This can - according to the superior court - only be prevented by dissociation
of the contents of those websites. On some pages of this website there
